MEMÓRIA SINDICAL E COMUNICAÇÃO DE INTERESSE PÚBLICO: PODCAST MEMÓRIA SINDSEP

Abstract

O Sindsep, sindicato que representa os trabalhadores do serviço público municipal de São Paulo, possui uma ampla trajetória histórica. Fruto do Novo Sindicalismo e do movimento de redemocratização no país, deles carrega heranças e características. Baseado no modo de entrevista de Eduardo Coutinho e em seu filme Peões (2004), que retrata trabalhadores metalúrgicos que participaram dos movimentos grevistas do ABC, pode-se traçar paralelos entre a história destes trabalhadores metalúrgicos com as memórias e identidades dos servidores públicos municipais e componentes do Sindsep. Com isto, pode-se questionar como a memória destes sindicalistas do Sindsep pode ser representada por produtos de comunicação de interesse público? Objetivando-se a construir a memória destes sindicalistas e representá-las. Ao tratar das memórias destes trabalhadores e do próprio sindicato, trazendo as discussões sobre memória, direitos e cidadania, identificando a memória coletiva deste grupo, está se tratando de comunicação de interesse público, trazendo reflexões e vínculos entre os afetados por esta comunicação. Para isto, foi utilizado entrevista em profundidade, baseando se nas narrativas de história de vida. Ao debater a memória coletiva e identidade dos servidores públicos municipais, dando voz ativa a estes trabalhadores, ouvindo suas histórias de vida, sendo eles os protagonistas de suas próprias histórias, conclui-se que isso faz com que construam a sua identidade, tomem consciência de seu papel no mundo e, com isso, possuam em mãos uma ferramenta de poder nas relações sociais, buscando desse modo contribuir com o Objetivo Sustentável no. 16 da ONU, na agenda 2030, que visa construir instituições eficazes, responsáveis e inclusivas em todos os níveis, pois entendendo e se apropriando de suas memórias, estes trabalhadores se aproximam de uma cidadania plena. Como produto de comunicação de interesse público desta pesquisa, de impacto social e cultural, origina-se o Podcast Memória Sindical, que conta com relatos dos trabalhadores municipais e diretores do Sindsep, contando suas histórias de vida, suas relações com os serviços públicos e com o sindicato.

The Sindsep, a trade union representing the municipal public service workers of São Paulo, carries out a broad historical trajectory.. Result of the Novo Sindicalismo (New Trade Unionism Movement) and the re-democratization movement in Brazil, it honors their heritage and characteristics. Based on the interviewing method of Eduardo Coutinho in its film Peões (2004), in which portraits metallurgical workers participating on the strike movements of the ABC, the research carries out parallels between the story of these metallurgical workers and the memories and identities of the municipal public service workers and components of Sindsep. In addition, it focuses on how the memory of these Sindsep trade union members is represented by public interest communication products, building their own memory and representing them. While dealing with the memories of these workers as well as the ones of the trade union, it discusses memory, rights and citizenship, identifying the collective memory of this group reflected on the public interest communication, carrying out perspectives and links between the affected by this communication. Furthermore, it employs in depth interviews, basing itself on the story of life narratives. While debating collective memory and the municipal public service workers identity, allowing active voice to these workers, hearing their life stories, being them the protagonists of their own stories, it concludes the fact that this communication helps them on the building of their identity, giving them the conscience of their roles in the world, and, in addition, allows them to keep a tool of power on social relations, seeking in this way to contribute to the Sustainable Objective no. 16 of the UN, in the 2030 agenda, which aims to build effective, responsible and inclusive institutions at all levels, as understanding and appropriating their memories, these workers approach a fulfilled citizenship. As a public interest communication product of this research, with social and cultural impact, it launches the Podcast “Memória Sindical”, in which shares testimonies and episodes from the municipal workers and directors of Sindsep, partaking their stories, their relation with public services, and the trade union.
